TN stands for Toy Nomura, founded in Tokyo in 1923, one of the oldest and largest of the Japanese tin toy manufacturers. Although TN changes its name after the Second World war to Nomura Toys, the trademark "TN" is kept. Since TN takes on many orders from wholesalers and export companies, not all products show the "TN" initials.
