In the middle of the 1970s, the company Modell-International (Duve-Schultz OHG) produced metal kits in the scale 1:43 and since 1979 in 1:87 (Walldorf). The first plastic 1:87 models were produced from 1981/82 under the new name Duve GmbH, these models were brought onto the market under the name 'Prep'. In 1986 the name Prep was taken over by the 'Revell-Praline' line. The models were changed or adapted a bit and in 1994 they were produced under the name 'Busch-Praline'. One year later the name became just 'Busch'.

Prep: All the first editions of the Prep Heckflosse have wheels that are made of one piece. From 1983, the wheels got separate tyres and rims. You can find models that have smooth headlights and that have vertical lines in them.

Revell-Praline: The Heckflosse models were produced in numerous different colours, the 'De Luxe' editions are different from the other models because they all have a chromed grille and rims and completely white tyres.

Busch-Praline: Busch/Praline reduced the completely white tyres to tyres which had a simple white line. These models are in a Busch plastic box but you can either find the name 'Praline' or 'Busch' on the bottom of the model (somewhat confusing). On all the models you can find a chromed line along the side (like a 300SE) which technically makes these 220SE models look like 300SE models.
